About the bar

Mirzam is an intimate cocktail bar in the centre of Gdańsk, focused on signature drinks, seasonal ingredients and a relaxed late-night atmosphere. We work with flavour, classics and an evolving menu, while music, old cocktail books and vintage glassware create a space that feels more like someone’s living room than a typical cocktail bar. When developing a new menu, the Mirzam team goes back to recipes from old books, takes classic cocktails apart and puts them back together again - with our own taste, experience and point of view. We are not afraid to change the classics, but we always start by understanding what makes them work. The bar takes its name from the star Mirzam - a bright star that has long served as a point of reference in the night sky. For us, it is a metaphor for the bar itself: a place where you can find your own rhythm for the evening, pause for a while, and simply enjoy spending time at the bar.
